Service Description
Event Details: ● Date: Sunday, July 19 ● Time: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM ● Location: Clay Space Studio - East Wing Cost: $80 per person Add depth and texture to the surface of your piece by creating a beautiful design with water etching! During this 2 hour workshop, artist and instructor, Lee Dwyer will show you how to create a design to put on the surface of you bone dry greenware using wax or mod-podge applications and removing the clay surrounding the design. She will share a few examples of her pieces and some possibilities of how your design can interact with the final glaze firing, creating spectacular results with minimal glazing time. Students need to bring: 2-3 bone dry greenware pots to class to practice on. Paint brushes Soft Pencil We will have a few materials for you to use during the class.

Cancellation Policy
Clay space reserves the right to cancel any workshop or class for good cause, including but not limited to: lack of sign-ups, illness of instructor, extreme weather conditions, etc. If a class or workshop is cancelled by Clay Space, we will refund payment. We offer full refunds for cancellations made more than 10 days out from a class or workshop and 50% refunds made between 5 and 10 days before a class or workshop. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of a class or workshop. All refunds are for the designated amount minus the services fee charged to us. To cancel your class or workshop reservation, please email us at office@clayspaceeugene.org to receive a refund.
