Clay Space Eugene is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment for all individuals. This policy applies to all aspects of Clay Space Eugene’’s operations, including but not limited to:
- Participation in classes, workshops, and studio access

- Selection of instructors, artists, and contractors
- Board membership and leadership roles
- Access to facilities, equipment, and resources
- Public programs, events, and outreach activities

Clay Space Eugene strives to reduce barriers to participation and actively works to create a studio environment that is accessible and inclusive. We are committed to making reasonable accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Oregon accessibility standards.


Prohibition of Harassment and Discrimination


Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes verbal, physical, or visual harassment; derogatory or discriminatory language; intimidation, bullying, or retaliation.
Reporting and Accountability


Individuals who experience or witness discrimination or harassment are encouraged to report concerns.
