Service Description
Prerequisite: none Event Details: ● Date: Sunday, April 19 ● Time: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM ● Location: Clay Space - Main Studio Cost: FREE for members - Space is limited to 15 people Join us for a lecture and demo setting up the light box with an opportunity to take a picture of one of your own pieces during the second half the workshop. Learn how to view and position your piece, and manipulate light and shadow. Topics include: Composition "Filling the Frame" Lighting "Exposures" (using phone camera) Improvisation Tips for Post Photo Editing Workshop Structure: *Instructor demonstration *Q&A *Member opportunity to photograph one piece If you would like to practice photographing, please bring a favorite piece of your choice and your own camera phone. Cancellation Policy
Clay space reserves the right to cancel any workshop or class for good cause, including but not limited to: lack of sign-ups, illness of instructor, extreme weather conditions, etc. If a class or workshop is cancelled by Clay Space, we will refund payment. We offer full refunds for cancellations made more than 10 days out from a class or workshop and 50% refunds made between 5 and 10 days before a class or workshop. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of a class or workshop. All refunds are for the designated amount minus the services fee charged to us. To cancel your class or workshop reservation, please email us at office@clayspaceeugene.org to receive a refund.
