Event Details: ● Date: Sunday, August 16 ● Time: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM ● Location: Clay Space Studio Cost: $10 Glazing Fundamentals is a 2-hour review of basic steps to feel more confident glazing independently in the studio. From preparing your pot, to effective dipping methods and care of the tools, review the overall glaze color options and how to apply them to your pot in a few simple steps! Open to beginning level members and students. Participate in a 20-30 minute discussion about what you need to consider before entering the glazing area and how you can prepare your pots for glazing even during the “making” stages. Next stop is the Glazing area where you will receive basic and standard demos on techniques that you can practice on your own in order to become adept. Then move on to our advanced glazing workshops at Clay Space. A handout is included. *Discounts cannot be applied.

Cancellation Policy
Clay space reserves the right to cancel any workshop or class for good cause, including but not limited to: lack of sign-ups, illness of instructor, extreme weather conditions, etc. If a class or workshop is cancelled by Clay Space, we will refund payment. We offer full refunds for cancellations made more than 10 days out from a class or workshop and 50% refunds made between 5 and 10 days before a class or workshop. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of a class or workshop. All refunds are for the designated amount minus the services fee charged to us. To cancel your class or workshop reservation, please email us at office@clayspaceeugene.org to receive a refund.
